When will I receive my order?

Our products are individually printed to order so the fulfilment and shipping time and rate depends on the product and the manufacturer. Products can take usually about four working days – we’ll inform you of the likely shipping time when you place your order.

What if I’m not happy with my product?

We want you to be happy with your order and are determined to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchases. Because our products are handmade to order, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our manufacturers’ quality control departments will pick up on any issue before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is contact us.

If you decide you do not want your item after it arrives you can return it, unused and in its packaging, within 14 days for a refund under our Returns and Refunds terms.

What if my product is damaged?

We will of course replace any product that has a manufacturing fault. If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Contact our customer services team using the contact form, quoting your name and order number.

Can I make a bulk order?

Of course – if you would like to discuss terms for a bulk distribution or wholesale order, please contact us at hello@newforestwalks.co.uk.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our payments are processed using Stripe and you can pay with all major credit cards.

My payment details have not been accepted

Double check the card details have been entered correctly. If you are sure they have been, you may wish to contact your bank or card provider to check the situation. Occasionally a payment may be stopped by your card provider’s security checks.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes – if you contact us via email we’ll get in touch with you to organise your preferred alternative form of payment.

I’ve placed an order – can I change the delivery address.

If the goods have not yet been dispatched, it may be possible to change delivery address. Contact us to find out.

Do you ship internationally?

We primarily ship in the UK, but we do also ship internationally. As times and rates vary, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll guide you through the ordering process.

Why do the colours of the product appear different on screen?

Your computer screen is capable of displaying a wider range of colours than a printed product, especially a fabric item. Colours often appear brighter on-screen than on printed fabric. Very bright or dark colours will appear softer and paler when printed due to the way ink disperses in the fabric. The website is designed to show the products as close to they are in reality and we are confident you will love the way the colours look.
